Eggs for breakfast = Less calories consumed throughout the day
An interesting study from Canada featured, in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition, shows how important a part eggs can play in a big breakfast diet.
The study found that people who ate 2 eggs for breakfast stayed fuller for longer due to the protein. The study went on to show that people who ate a bagel for breakfast were not only hungrier sooner, but also went on to consume a lot more calories throughout the day. Researacher concluded that the
egg-breakfast induced greater satiety and significantly reduced short-term food intake
